Michelle delivers a practical approach to help you as a leader prepare for the future, transform your organization, build leadership capacity and align your team to achieve growth and performance. 

Michelle brings in-depth experience in leadership development, organizational design solutions, and change management from multiple industries including financial services, technology, media and real estate. She earned a MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University bringing leading edge approaches to leadership, change and organizational structure.

Lenka has advised leaders and boards for over 20 years on talent, succession, business performance and brand narrative, laying the foundation for accelerated growth and organizational transformation. 

Clients have included multi-nationals, accelerators and incubators, funding agencies and start-ups in the Consumer, Financial Services, Consulting, Regulatory, Technology, Life Sciences and Cleantech sectors.

Lenka earned Honours degrees in International Relations and History with the intention of joining the Foreign Service.  Instead a sojourn into search has led to a career full of continued learning on subjects and sectors far removed from her studies, and far from plain vanilla.
